Fixed Equipment Reliability provides full API 653 tank inspections. These services include coordination and supervision of tank construction ensuring code compliance (API Standard 653, API Standard 570, API Standard 510, STI Standard SP001) at every juncture. FER provides automated ultrasonic tank crawlers, MFL and tank floor evaluation which also includes ultrasonic thickness testing, settlement surveys, and auto-cad drawings that map out all floor, tank shell and roof plates. Final reporting is key and will at a minimum include results of all integrity testing, a full evaluation of the suitability-for-service, all seal inspections, settlement survey, repair recommendations with post repair documentation. FER provides updated corrosion rates, engineering evaluation upon request to complete fitness for service evaluations, out of roundness surveys, brittle fracture evaluations and MAWP verification.
