Inspection Planning
The full time FER Planning division has extensive TA execution, API 571 Damaging Mechanism, and unit operating experience. These experiences shine a new light on developing Inspection Test Plans (ITP’s) and the TA work list selection process. Although we all know the high importance of compliance, FER’s input is based off risk of each asset in respect to the operating history and relevant damaging mechanisms. The Risk Base Worklist Selection Process brings paramount value on TA critical path planning, non-intrusive or additional internal NDE, and priorities if reduction of scope is needed.

With over 95 turnarounds just in FCCU structures around the world, our FER TA Team has previous UOP, owner user, TA coordination, TA planning and repair plan experience to assure the most reliable units until your next TA!
